Tips For Playing Hole #11 Par 5

Hole 11 is a long par 5 measuring over 630 yards from the back tees. Two sand bunkers and two ponds defend the green. A par on this hole gives you the right to brag. Longer hitters can go for the wide fairway beyond the pond. A short, straight shot between the 150 and 200 yard markers will leave a demanding second shot to the green. Between the green and the cart path beside the pond in the distance is a good aiming point from the tee to carry the pond. The green slopes from back to front and will help hold the longer shots. The area in front of the green tends to be firm and shots hit short may bounce long.
