Duffy McFarland
Our course is managed by JDM Golf Management
This company is headed by Duffy McFarland, Golf Professional and member of the PGA. Duffy is loved by everyone. He is a great golfer and his friendliness is contagious. He and his crew keep The Links in excellent condition. Jeff, our outstanding Superintendent, works for Duffy as does Jeff’s crew and the course professional, Brent A. Baldwin. Duffy is an exceptional golf course manager and his company also manages the two excellent courses in Rexburg, Idaho.
We are lucky to have Duffy and his excellent team managing our course.
Brent A. Baldwin
Head Professional
Brent A. Baldwin is a PGA golf professional with extensive experience and management skills who is dedicated to the game of golf and passionate about giving back and growing the game.
Brent was born in Cedar City, Utah in 1968. He was raised in American Fork, a small town south of Salt Lake City. Brent graduated from Utah Valley State College in 2001 with an Associate’s Degree in Business Management. He was elected as a member of the Professional Golfers Association in 1997, and is recognized as a President’s Council member and was chair of the Salt Lake County Golf Division.
Brent is a father to a beautiful 13 year old daughter and has diverse outdoor interests including motocross, snow skiing, hunting, fishing, shooting trap and is an amateur chef.
Take a lesson from Brent and you will become a better golfer.
Nathan VanMaanen
Golf Course Superintendent
Nate is originally from South Dakota. He grew his passion in golf playing with his dad growing up. He started working on golf courses a few years ago after growing tired of desk jobs. He has worked his way up the ranks and is continuously looking to learn and improve. He holds a business degree from South Dakota State University and a Turf Science certificate from Oregon State. He is a member of the GCSAA. When he’s not at the golf course, he enjoys snowboarding, running, softball, hunting, riding his dual sport motorcycle, and going to concerts. He is happy to be a part of the team at The Links!”
